3. FREE Shipping

Qualify for Free Shipping:

  • Orders $75 or more receive FREE standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Discount automatically applied at checkout
  • Does not apply to express or overnight shipping
  • Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions

4. Processing Time

Standard Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • Processing time is in addition to shipping time
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

Peak Season Processing:

During high-volume periods (holidays, major sales), processing may take:

  • 2-4 business days during peak seasons
  • We'll notify you of any delays via email

Custom/Made-to-Order Items:

  • Processing time: 7-14 business days
  • Clearly marked on product pages
  • Cannot be expedited

5. Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order:

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Email includes carrier information and estimated delivery date
  • Click the tracking link to monitor your package in real-time

Account Dashboard:

  • Log in to your Curvaflex account
  • View order status under "My Orders"
  • Click tracking number for detailed updates

  • We'll provide tracking information and delivery updates

Tracking Updates:

  • Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment
  • Allow 24-48 hours for first scan by carrier
  • Contact us if tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours

6. Order Confirmation & Verification

What to Expect:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after purchase
  2. Processing Notification: Sent when your order enters processing
  3. Shipping Confirmation: Sent when your order ships (includes tracking)
  4. Delivery Notification: Sent when package is delivered

Verification Requirements:

For your security, we may require additional verification for:

  • Large orders (over $500)
  • Orders shipped to addresses different from billing address
  • International orders
  • First-time customers with express shipping

7. Shipping Addresses

Accuracy is Important:

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement

Address Changes:

Before Shipment:

  • Include order number and correct address
  • We'll update the address if the order hasn't shipped

After Shipment:

  • Address cannot be changed once package has shipped
  • Contact the carrier directly to attempt address correction
  • Additional fees may apply

P.O. Boxes:

  • We accept P.O. Box addresses for standard shipping
  • Express and overnight shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes
  • Use a physical address for expedited orders

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO):

  • Standard shipping rates apply
  • Delivery times: 10-21 business days
  • No express shipping available
  • Packages cannot be tracked once they reach military facility

8. International Shipping Details

Customs & Duties:

  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs office
  • Curvaflex cannot predict or control these charges
  • Packages may be held by customs for inspection (causing delays)

Customs Documentation:

  • We provide all necessary customs forms
  • Commercial invoice included with international shipments
  • Declared value reflects actual purchase price

Restricted Items:

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in your country:

  • Check your local customs regulations before ordering
  • Curvaflex is not responsible for packages seized by customs
  • No refunds for packages refused or returned due to customs issues

International Returns:

  • See our Refund Policy for international return procedures
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

9. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:

Domestic:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

International:

  • USPS International
  • DHL Express
  • FedEx International

Note: Carrier selection is based on destination and shipping method. Carrier cannot be chosen by customer.


10. Delivery Issues

Package Not Received:

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check common delivery locations:
    • Front porch, back door, side entrance
    • Mailroom or leasing office (apartments)
    • With neighbors or household members
    • Inside storm door or garage
  2. Verify delivery address:
    • Confirm the address on your order confirmation
    • Check if package was delivered to an old or alternate address
  3. Contact the carrier:
    • Use tracking number to inquire with carrier
    • File a claim for lost package
  4. Contact Curvaflex:
    • Email us at [support@curvaflex.com] within 7 days of delivery date
    • We'll investigate and work to resolve the issue
    • We may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard packaging - keep all materials
  • Take photos of damaged box and contents
  • Contact us immediately at [support@curvaflex.com]
  • Include photos and description of damage
  • We'll arrange for replacement or refund

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days:

  • Contact us at [support@curvaflex.com]
  • We'll initiate an investigation with the carrier
  • Once confirmed lost, we'll:
    • Ship a replacement (if item is in stock), OR
    • Issue a full refund

11. Delivery Signature Requirements

Standard Shipping:

  • No signature required for orders under $200
  • Package will be left at delivery address

High-Value Orders ($200+):

  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • Carrier will leave notice if recipient not available
  • Package can be picked up at carrier facility or redelivery scheduled

Request Signature:

  • Add signature requirement at checkout
  • Additional fee: $5.00
  • Ensures package security

12. Undeliverable Packages

Refused Delivery:

If you refuse delivery:

  • Package will be returned to Curvaflex
  • You'll be charged return shipping costs
  • Refund will be issued minus shipping fees (both ways)

Unclaimed Packages:

If package is not claimed within carrier's holding period:

  • Package will be returned to Curvaflex
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
  • Restocking fee may apply

Wrong Address:

If package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer must pay for reshipment
  • Address will be verified before reshipping

13. Multiple Addresses

Shipping to Different Addresses:

Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. To ship to multiple addresses:

  • Place separate orders for each shipping address
  • Contact us for bulk/corporate orders with multiple ship-to addresses

Splitting Orders:

Orders cannot be split after placement. If you need items shipped separately:

  • Place separate orders at checkout
  • Contact us within 2 hours of ordering - we may be able to help

14. Expedited Processing

Need it Fast?

For urgent orders:

  • Select express or overnight shipping at checkout
  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day (Monday-Friday)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship next business day
  • Expedited processing does not apply to custom/made-to-order items

Holiday Rush:

During peak seasons, expedited processing may not be available. Order early to ensure delivery by your needed date!


15. Gift Shipping

Sending a Gift?

  • Check "This is a gift" at checkout
  • Add a personalized gift message (optional)
  • Prices will not be shown on packing slip
  • Gift receipt included instead of regular invoice

Gift Wrapping:

  • Currently not available
  • Items arrive in standard Curvaflex packaging

Multiple Recipients:

Each gift requires a separate order with unique shipping address.


16. Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery by major holidays, please order by:

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Government holidays
  • Pandemic-related restrictions

What We'll Do:

  • Monitor your shipment
  • Notify you of significant delays
  • Work with carriers to expedite delivery when possible

Note: Curvaflex is not responsible for delays beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.


18. Backorders & Pre-Orders

Backordered Items:

  • Clearly marked on product page
  • Estimated restock date provided
  • You can order and we'll ship when available
  • No charge until item ships

Pre-Orders:

  • Available for upcoming releases
  • Ship date clearly stated
  • Charged at time of order placement
  • Cannot be combined with in-stock items (separate orders)

19. Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipment:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of ordering

  • We'll do our best to accommodate changes
  • Cannot guarantee changes once order is processing

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery or return items per our Refund Policy
